2025 Teens Dream- A Step Towards a Financially Stable Future

I have always been looking towards making a change in society, and as I grew up, this dream of mine has become clearer and clearer. While researching the current challenges of SDG 4- Quality Education, I realized how one branch in particular, financial illiteracy, has affected me and those around me, despite having all the resources to educate ourselves. I remember how each time I tried to self-study a field in economics or finance, I failed to understand the available online material. I also recalled how my classmates and I often understood certain concepts better when someone our age explained them to us, which sparked an idea in me. I decided to create a platform in which teenagers could teach others the basics of finance, economics, money management, and all other related fields using reliable sources. I have managed to create a team of 30+ like-minded students from all around the world, who actively work towards increasing society’s interest in finances. My ultimate dream is to grow my project worldwide and deliver it to underprivileged communities in an attempt to take a step toward giving them a more financially secure future. I believe that this is an advancement towards eradicating the issues regarding SDG 4. By further scaling my organization, Finomic, and by giving each individual a fair chance to educate themselves in finances using easily understandable, and 100% reliable material, we are taking a step in ensuring that they have the education needed to solve their own financial problems as well as to make contributions to their communities.
