2025 Teens Dream - Art Screams

I call my dreams plans. For most people around me, these plans are often dismissed as unrealistic, impossible, or the typical Hollywood dream. But I do not see them that way. My goals include achieving recognition of my art and the ability to convey through my acting emotions that touch the crowd. I headed my career in these points. I wanna be a great and globally recognized actor.  However, my vision goes far beyond personal fame. A play or a movie can transform minds and cast a good spell on viewers. Using a costume and saying some lines, I can make a funny or dramatic allegory to all ideas, facts, happenings, and challenges that I approve or not. It’s an intrinsic way to show the world my opinions. So, I will use my craft to raise awareness, to be a cultural symbol for my country, and to use my influence in social politics. Through writing and performing in copyrighted plays, I intend to create works with a critical perspective on the world, encouraging people to recognize the dangers we face today—such as attacks on human rights, neo-Nazism, eugenics, racism, global pollution, and other societal challenges. 

This is precisely where the UN SDGs become essential. The goals will help me build my career and contribute to a healthier, more vibrant artistic community. They will also serve as a background for the challenges I need to convey to viewers through art. Furthermore, one of my biggest dreams is to create a street theater company for a free world tour, but first I need to start in my hometown. My idea is to perform plays on the street with my school’s drama club. Which will bring important subjects such as zero hunger, no poverty, quality education, stopping global warming, etc. So my dreams are not planned for just one United Nations Sustainable Development Goals but for all. 

  I created a strong power and faith around acting. It’s my transformative energy to defend and promote what I love. When it comes to me, I can put out my revolts and struggles. I want to grow as an artist and advocate for a shift in the Brazilian mindset regarding the Sustainable Development Goals.  That’s my way of proving that youth can be leaders for change.
