Relieving Unemployment

My dream is to create a city to experiment with the latest and greatest tech. I this a city that will be futuristic and modern. Inventors will send their inventions into this city first, test out how well it works with the economy/unemployment of the city, and then send it off to the world. This relates to the UN goal of Decent work & economic growth, because this city could help those who were laid off due to machines to be able to not be too afraid of what might come next. This city helps with economic growth because it can become a tourist attraction in which many people come to see and visit.
