Sustainable Fashion for a Responsible Future
My dream is to create a world where fashion is responsible, conscious, and sustainable. Today, fast fashion creates enormous amounts of waste and environmental pollution, and many items are worn only a few times and then thrown away.
With my project, ReWear, I want to change people’s attitudes toward clothing. ReWear encourages teenagers and young adults to reuse, exchange, and give clothes a second life instead of buying new ones unnecessarily.
This dream is directly aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, as it promotes waste reduction, extending product life cycles, and making more sustainable choices in everyday life.
By inspiring young people to choose reuse over overconsumption, I dream of making fashion part of the solution, not the problem.
