2026 Teens Dream - Lead Forward

My dream is to provide underserved youth with leadership education. As such, I founded Lead Forward (goleadforward.org), a global nonprofit providing leadership education to over 10,000 youth through 25+ chapters across 15+ countries on five continents. We deliver in-depth, in-person leadership programs while also offering a comprehensive ecosystem of research-based online resources, including an original leadership course, a blog featuring insights from leaders from Harvard Business School to Fortune 500 companies, a podcast spotlighting youth leadership, and a global video series connecting diverse youth voices. Through this work, we strive to fulfill our mission: “to empower the next generation to lead forward with courage, character, and purpose, in order to create meaningful change in their communities and beyond.”
