2020 Teens Dream - Surviving Natural Disasters

My dream is for poor communities to survive natural disasters. This relates to the UN SDG 1: No Poverty. Many communities, especially those who lack resources, are heavily impacted by natural disasters. I hope that technology can help people survive natural disasters.
