2020 Teens Dream: The Price of Hygiene in 2020

My dream is to have a more environmentally conscious city, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. During COVID-19, my city has been abandoning all efforts to reduce plastic and disposable bag usage. I wish that we could find methods to be hygienic and safe, but also more environmentally conscious.
