2022 Teens Dream- Waste Management

Waste Management has been one of the major problems plaguing my community for a very long time. Mainly because the people are ignorant of ways to manage their waste at home, and also the adverse effects of illegal dumping. I want to teach people the basic methods of recycling and proper disposal of both organic and inorganic waste. Also, u want to sensitize people on the disadvantages of using plastics, and introduce them to biodegradable paper bags which are more environmentally friendly.  

     We can prevent global hazards such as global warming if we work together. It has always been my dream to be on ground, working hand in hand with the community for a better tomorrow. This will be our own little contribution towards achieving SDG 12; Responsible Consumption and Production. Especially the aspect of Chemical and Waste Management. Because if one person can tell another to tell another, we will be fighting a global problem from the local community.
