Mission Statement:

To create a global community of teen changemakers to take action towards reducing waste which includes eliminating single-use plastics, improving recycling programs, and encouraging thoughtful consumption through teen-led initiatives.

What we do and how to join us

The Plastics Hub is raising awareness, educating, and working to make changes happen at all levels of society to address single-use plastic consumption and waste. This Hub is open to teens anywhere committed to this agenda who want to be inspired by other teens working in a similar manner on constructive actions. One of the projects of this Hub has been to pitch a reusable go box at National Landing in Arlington VA to Amazon, which resulted in Amazon funding a pilot led by the teens!

Contact our hub to learn more at staff@globalcolab.net. Join us online in our virtual rooms weekly. Take our one hour Hub orientation to get connected, see events!

Get involved in ongoing action or bring new ideas and action plans that we can help you turn to action!
